SOLAR-KABEL GmbH has always been distinguished both by its pioneering work in the development of ground-breaking products, and by its innovative approach. However, we do not focus on innovation just for the sake of it. We aim to set new standards using advanced solutions that enable our customers to complete their daily work more easily and efficiently.

January 1st, 2005: The company SOLAR-KABEL GmbH was founded as a spin-off from MIL-KABEL-SYSTEMS GmbH. The goal was to make the specialized SOLAR-KABEL equipment that had been developed up to that point, available to the continually expanding market more quickly and more cost-effectively.

The stringent requirements when it comes to PV cabling are nothing new. Nevertheless, given the long period of use, they should not be overlooked under any circumstances. It is therefore very useful when long-standing experience from the aviation, rail and military sectors can be used to draw comprehensive conclusions, which in turn provide solid input for the development of products of this kind. The first cable for PC cabling was delivered to our customers by MIL-KABEL-SYSTEMS GmbH as early as the year 2000.
